This wine is composed of 24% Reserve wine to preserve the balance of this cuvee.  Assemblage vintages: 2005 (57%), 2004 (43%).
 
Fresh pear and ripe fruit aromas. Focused and balanced with a long lingering finish developing brioche notes and focused bracing acidity.

This wine is composed of a blend of 2009 & 2010 vintages 

100% Pinot Noir. Dosage 9 g/l. 

Mostly from 2009 and 2010 vintages with a bit of reserve wine. A fruity nose and chewy, chalky, substantial red-apple fruit on the palate. Lots here and good for the money. A champagne for food.” J. Robinson

dosage of 9.1g/l. 8mg of free S02. 

Predominately 2009 vintage. 

A long persistent finish dominates this wine. Fresh notes of strawberry, raspberry, and pomegranate become entwined with a fantastic balance and mouthfeel. A true gem in Rose de Saignee Champagne!
